Würth Elektronik expands its already extensive range of flexible cables. Under the name of the series WR-FFC (Flat Flexible Cable), the manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical components offers flexible flat ribbon cables in various designs. For greater flexibility of use, Würth Elektronik now offers pre-crimped flat ribbon cables. Thanks to their accordion fold, the cables take up less space, a smart detail that allows flexible use of cables for different distances and simplifying stock management in development and production.
«WR-FFC Folded» is available with steps of 0,5 and 1 mm in three variable lengths: 120 up to 200 mm, 165 up to 350 mm and 280 up to 500 mm. You can choose the FFC between Type 1 with the contacts on the same side and Type 2 with the contacts on the opposite sides. They are available between 20 and 50 poles in 0,5 mm steps and between 10 and 30 poles in 1 mm steps. Würth Elektronik's catalog of flat ribbon cables is complemented by a wide range of straight and angled connectors with their respective receptacles in ZIF (Zero-Insertion-Force) and LIF (Low-Insertion-Force) versions.
