From OLFER Electronics we present the new NPP series from our supplier MEAN WELL. These compact devices can function as a power supply or as battery chargers. This 2-in-1 option allows the user to flexibly change its operating mode (factory default is battery charger). In addition to running the 3-stage charge curve for lead-acid batteries, the units can also act as a constant voltage power supply for normal charging. Changing the mode of operation is as simple as plugging and unplugging a shorting pin on the front panel.
The NPP series has several versions depending on its power (450W-750W-1200W and 1700W). They include ultra-wide output voltage range, adjustable voltage via VR on the front panel (10.5-21V, 21-42V, 42-80V, 54-100V), 50-100% output current adjustment, fan cooling unit with built-in thermal control to reduce noise, operating temperature from -30°C to +70°C, integrated ON / OFF remote control, compliance with ITE, IEC/EN/UL62368-1 and EN60335-1/ household appliances -2-29, multiple built-in intelligent protection functions and 3-year warranty.
These products are suitable for charging applications of electric motorcycles, unicycles, scooters, camping vehicles, UAVs, mobile robots, hand-held power tools, floor scrubbers, etc., as well as providing power to drive industrial control, technology of information, communication, security, control systems and more.
