The Adelsystem CBI series, distributed by KOLBI ELECTRONICA, SA, consists of DC rail UPS with powers between 36 and 480W and voltages of 12, 24 and 48Vdc. These equipments have been developed with the "ALLinONE" philosophy, integration of the power supply with the UPS module and the battery charge in the same equipment, thus reducing the installation space thanks to its compact design, the number of purchase references and the management of possible repairs. Another notable feature is its intelligent charger system with diagnosis. The system cyclically checks the status and impedance of the battery, being able to detect up to 16 different types of failures in the equipment, installation or defects due to aging or poor condition of the batteries. In more powerful equipment, there is a ModBus port that allows access to all this diagnostic information. This communication capacity is notable in industrial equipment mounted on a DIN rail and allows easy monitoring of the entire power installation of the system. The Power Boost function allows to supply peaks of 2 times its rated current permanently, and up to 3 times the rated current for 4 seconds. This makes them ideal for applications where, in an emergency, loads with high peak currents must be managed, such as DC motors, and inductive loads such as relay coils, contactors, etc.
