KEYSIGHT starts its operations

Keysight Technologies, Inc. has announced that the electronic measurement division of Agilent Technologies has begun operations under the name Keysight. It will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Agilent Technologies until early November, at which time the separation is expected to be finalized and Keysight is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the name KEYS. Keysight is the market leader and ranks number one in all three of its business segments: communications; aerospace and defense; and industry, computing and semiconductors. The separation of Keysight from Agilent was announced in September 2013.
