One of the main problems that the telecommunications industry faces when offering pervasive services is the need to conform to standards that can be used by any manufacturer. The reality is that some rules can be misinterpreted or understood in different ways. Therefore, the industry has been forced to solve the problem of how each terminal should work with each base station so that network operators can offer a usable service.
