Implementation of an error detection system applying the Morphological Coefficient

We present a real-time error detection system for the textile industry. Given the processing requirements that will be necessary, it will be implemented on a DSP platform with real-time video acquisition capabilities, mounted on a PC. We will take advantage of the invariance properties before rotations, translations and scalings of the calculation of the «Morphological Coefficient», for the simplification of the extraction of characteristics.
