Statistics and Histograms with Fluke 884X Series Instruments
“What is the output voltage of the power supply?” This is one of the most common measurements made with digital multimeters. Similar questions often arise about the frequency of the oscillators, the value of the resistors, the working temperature or the input to a voltage controlled oscillator. Any of these values can be easily read with a digital multimeter. But with a simple reading you can only get part of the story. Another equally important question is: “how stable is the power supply output?”
