The MPLAB® Mindi™ Analog Simulator reduces time and risk in circuit design by simulating analog circuits before developing the hardware prototype. The simulation tool uses a SIMetrix/SIMPLIS simulation environment and offers the option of using SPICE or piecewise linear modeling, thus covering many simulation needs. This powerful simulation interface is linked to Microchip's proprietary model files to develop models of select Microchip analog components as well as generic circuits. This simulation tool is installed and runs locally on your own PC. Once downloaded, you do not need an Internet connection and the simulation execution time does not depend on a remote server. Thanks to this, fast and accurate simulations of analog circuits are achieved.
