Intellectual property of information technologies and its application in reconfigurable circuits
The legal protection of intellectual property in Information Technologies can be carried out using basically three ways: patents, copyrights or as a company secret (trade secrets). This paper deals with the application of these instruments on different manifestations of the hardware and software industry, with special emphasis on patent protection. In this case, we will establish its scope of application and limitations.
