RUBYCON Introduces the new Snap-In Series "UST" and the Optimised "MXT" Series
Compact and Efficient Solutions
RUBYCON has expanded its product portfolio of miniaturised Snap-In types. The UST series is specifically designed for applications at 85°C, while the MXT series, within the 105°C product range, has undergone an impressive voltage extension to 475V. These capacitors are among the most compact Snap-In types on the market.
UST Series:
As a downsizing of the already well-known USK series, the UST series is suitable for 85°C and 3,000 hours.

MXT Series: (105 degrees Celsius, 3,000 hours)
As some applications require continuous voltages exceeding 450V, RUBYCON has fine-tuned the MXT series to meet this demand. The series is now also available for a rated voltage of 475V.

Given the steadily increasing importance of size and weight savings, the UST and MXT series are poised to gain significant popularity in the market. Particularly in power supplies, the noticeable difference from larger form factors becomes evident quickly.
