RECOM expands its portfolio of low power power supplies and adds two new wired versions: the RAC03-C/W and the RAC04-C/W.
Until then the assortment mainly consisted of board current supplies, after the great success of the 5 W and 6 W modules, 3 W and 4 W power supplies with cables are now offered, suitable for the supply of applications beyond the printed circuit board.
The compact modules RAC03/W and RAC04/W have a wide input voltage range of 80 V-264 VAC (115-370 VDC), they are available with output voltages of 3,3; 5; 9; 12; 15 or 24VDC and offer an insulation resistance of 3kVAC/1min between input and output.
The modules consume just 30 mW when running without load and are particularly suitable for powering sensors and idle applications.
Due to their low height (<17 mm) and the closed construction mode they offer a versatile solution in residential automation, external power supplies or in prototyping.
Thanks to the integrated input filter and fuse, these modules comply with the stipulations of the EN55022 Class B standard without external components. They are continuously short-circuit proof, with automatic restart after error clearance. The converters are IEC/EN/UL60950 certified and their warranty is valid for 3 years.
