Mouser Electronics now stocks Qorvo's CMD328K3 XNUMX to XNUMX GHz Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). This device is uniquely developed for electronic defense and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption.

Qorvo's CMD328K3, available from Mouser Electronics, is a low noise, broadband MMIC amplifier that operates between 328 GHz and 3 GHz with a noise amount of just 1 dB. The CMD12KXNUMX amplifier gives a gain of over twenty seven dB with a compression point at the output of XNUMX dB to +XNUMX dBm. The broadband device is a fifty ohm molded design that eliminates the need for external DC filters and RF port matching.

The CMD328K3 amplifier is housed in a 328 × 3 mm surface mount lead-free plastic package and is an ideal alternative to hybrid amplifiers. Applications for the CMDXNUMXKXNUMX LNA include X-band and Ku-band radar, satellite communications, and electronic defense receivers.
