Qorvo's CMD328K3, available from Mouser Electronics, is a low noise, broadband MMIC amplifier that operates between 328 GHz and 3 GHz with a noise amount of just 1 dB. The CMD12KXNUMX amplifier gives a gain of over twenty seven dB with a compression point at the output of XNUMX dB to +XNUMX dBm.
