Digi-Key Records Sales Growth Over 50% to Win Harwin Global Distributor of the Year Award

Harwin ensures a reliable coaxial connection even in harsh environments

6 GHz 50 Ω Multiport Coaxial Datamate Connectors

Harwin today launched a range of standard design multi-port coaxial Datamate connectors with 6 GHz, 50 Ω contacts, suitable for high reliability applications. These mated connectors are suitable for RG178 cables, are available from stock and have two, four, six or eight contacts. Based on Harwin's proven high-reliability Datamate connector family, the new coaxial connectors are designed in one piece to withstand shock, vibration, and extreme temperatures in harsh application environments such as defense, aerospace, satellites, UAVs, submarines and others. Devices incorporate hex slotted jack screws for secure attachment to the PCB, and moldings are polarized to facilitate fast, error-free connection. Versions are available in portrait and landscape formats and Harwin offers a selection of products suitable for two plate thicknesses: 3,5 and 5mm.
