THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL TRAINING DAYS OF 4h DURATION
February 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS COURSE IS TO DEEPEN IN THE CONCEPTS OF INFRARED TRANSMISSION AND CARRY OUT MEASUREMENT PRACTICES WITH THERMOGRAPHY CAMERAS
This course is recommended for maintenance technicians in installations where the detection of hot spots is important to avoid breakdowns and malfunctions.
THEORETICAL PART (1H)
Basic concepts
- Heat transfer, convention, conduction and radiation.
- infrared radiation.
- emissivity and reflectivity
- Vision angle.
Non-contact thermometers:
- Thermal sensitivity
Thermographic cameras:
- Characteristics, sensors, optical resolution.
Software for image processing.
APPLICATIONS (1H)
- Industrial: Maintenance electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Buildings: Heat losses in buildings, energy efficiency and air conditioning, humidity in buildings, insulation, infiltration, electrical systems.
PRACTICAL PART (2 H)
- Configuration and management of the thermal imaging camera
- Image processing and report editing with the software.
This course will be taught by an ASNT Level 1 accredited thermographer technician.
Get in 4 hours, from the hand of expert technicians in each area, the knowledge about the theoretical principles necessary for your activity, combining it with the practices in handling the equipment necessary for each application.
