Weidmüller OMNIMATE® Signal LMF terminal blocks

The LMF PCB terminal block easily overcomes all challenges: 250 V supply voltage, high electrical safety of the insulating material and, depending on the application, different wiring connection variants. Thanks to its quick PUSH IN connection, an integrated test socket and 90° and 180° conductor outlets, the Weidmüller OMNIMATE® Signal LMF terminal block can be used in a wide variety of applications. The LMF terminal allows conductors with sections between 0,12 mm² and 2,5 mm² (AWG 26 to AWG 12) to be connected. The Wemid insulation material used in the OMNIMATE® Signal LMF is suitable for a constant service temperature of up to 120°C. The LMF PCB terminal block meets the demanding design requirements for the connection of industrial devices.

The new, compact OMNIMATE® Signal LMF terminal blocks with the innovative Weidmüller PUSH IN connection meet the needs in the field of industrial devices where extremely precise conductor connection systems are required. Its features include: 250 V supply voltage, high electrical safety of the insulating material and wiring connection variants depending on the application. Weidmüller responds to these needs with the LMF printed circuit terminal block, which satisfies the most demanding requirements in terms of industrial device connections and stands out for its variety of applications. It has a quick PUSH IN connection, integrated test socket and 90° and 180° conductor outlets.

The integrated test socket allows the user a safe functional check during service work, simplifying maintenance and improving handling. The PUSH IN connection, Weidmüller's fast and safe system, guarantees reliable contact with the connection line, making it possible to connect rigid conductors or conductors with lugs.

The LMFS version of the LMF PCB terminal block is also available without a pushbutton. The user can choose between both options for the connection of conductors. The terminal point opens easily and simply by simply pressing the button. In the LMFS version without push button, the terminal point is opened with a screwdriver.

LMF printed circuit terminal blocks offer great flexibility: they have top (180°) or lateral (90°) conductor exits, allowing different wiring direction design configurations. They also have two solder terminals per pole that guarantee a high load capacity and a stable fixation of the terminal on the printed circuit board. No other additional fixing elements are required. LMF PCB terminal blocks are available with 5,0 and 5,08 mm pitches and in 2 to 24 pole versions.

LMF printed circuit terminal blocks are made of Wemid insulating material. The Wemid, in addition to complying with the most demanding environmental regulations, guarantees maximum availability and is suitable for use at a constant service temperature of 120°C, exceeding the standard temperature of 20°C for PA by 100 degrees.

The nominal values (according to IEC 60664-1 / 04.07) of the LMF terminal are 250 V/ 4 kV/ 3 (class III/3), 320 V/ 4 Kv/ 3 (class III/3), 400 V/ 4 Kv / 2 (class II/2). The maximum rated current of 24 A at an ambient temperature of 40°C is limited by the maximum permissible load of the conductor according to IEC 60947-7-1.
