With the new SPT-SMD PCB terminal block, Phoenix Contact is expanding its product range for surface mounting (SMD). In cables up to 1,5 mm², its quick push-in spring connection offers the possibility of easily connecting and releasing the conductors thanks to the integrated push buttons, and without the need to use special tools. These PCB terminal blocks are sized for currents up to 13,5 A and voltages up to 320 V. Available in 3,5 / 3,81 / 5,0 / 5,08 mm pitches, from 2 to 12 poles , and in horizontal or vertical version, they can be supplied in a roll to facilitate their automated assembly on the PCB. For greater stability, the horizontal version has two anchor pins and the vertical version has double solder pins.
