Due to the current shortage of components in the standard 54 x XNUMXmm package, products with smaller sizes are becoming more attractive. For this reason, IQD, which is part of the Würth Elektronik eiSos suite, wishes to offer designers the XNUMX x XNUMXmm oscillators: the IQXO-XNUMXx.
The IQXO-54x is available in 3 supply voltages: one with 54 V, two with 0,7 V and three with 54 V. The IQXO-25x is a standard CMOS oscillator in a miniature package with dimensions of XNUMX x XNUMX x XNUMXmm, which is suitable for a wide variety of applications. Among them are the applications of audio and multimedia, communication, IoT, industrial, navigation and location, RTC's and for testing and measurement equipment. The IQXO-XNUMXx achieves a stability of up to ±XNUMX ppm between -XNUMX and XNUMX °C, including tolerance.
Apart from the standard version, ideal for industrial applications, IQD also offers the oscillator in an automotive version under the name IQXO-54x AUTO. It is listed to AEC-Q200 and also IATF-XNUMX and has an extended temperature range of -XNUMX to XNUMX°C, making it ideal for automotive applications.
