The SAM D21 Curiosity Nano Evaluation Kit is a hardware platform for evaluating the SAMD21G17D microcontroller. This high-performance, low-power flash microcontroller based on ARM® Cortex®-M0+ is ideal for a wide variety of industrial, home automation, consumer, and metering applications. It incorporates an ARM Cortex-M0+ CPU running at up to 48MHz, 128KB of system self-programming Flash, 16KB of SRAM memory, and six serial communication interfaces (SERCOMs), all of which are configurable to function as a 12-bit, 350 ksps ADC with up to 14 channels of capacitive touch detection and 256 channels of proximity.
