Verification of compliance with 25.141GPP specification 3 during the installation and acceptance of 3G Node Bs for UMTS FFD

This article presents an overview of the on-site test requirements of 3G Node Bs for UMTS FDD mode. Specifically, this article examines the need to ensure that a Node B meets the requirements set out in 25.141GPP specification 3 and that a certain operator does not interfere with another, while maintaining the requirements to offer an adequate quality of service to its subscribers.
