Simulation of commercial energy-saving lamps, with PSPICE

The PSPICE program is one of the most widely used computer tools in the analysis of electrical and electronic circuits, both at the teaching and research level. Its bookstores have a wide variety of commercial circuit elements. However, there are no lighting receptors in them, such as low consumption lamps (high performance) currently on the market. To alleviate this fact, this article presents equivalent electrical models of commercial low-consumption lamps obtained based on practical experiences carried out on said receptors, using the SIMPELEC measurement instrument, developed by the authors themselves. All these models are found in a PSPICE library, and can be used to create more complex circuits.
