Yokogawa's DL9000 series is a family of digital oscilloscopes that offers basic features of 4 analog input channels, a bandwidth of up to 1,5 GHz, a maximum sampling rate of 10 GS/s, and a maximum memory length of 6,25 Mpoints. This article describes the electronics developed to achieve a new type of waveform accumulation on the equipment's display, which significantly improves its ability to display eye diagrams with better resolution.
