Measuring Instruments presents the new SMU instrument that combines a graphical user interface on its touch screen to make tests more intuitive and speed up learning, with a DC and pulsed current capacity of up to 7A designed to characterize high-power materials and devices. The 2460 model is optimized for applications of Silicon Carbide (SiC), Gallium Nitride (GaN), DC-DC converters, power MOSFETs, solar cells and panels, LEDs and HBLEDs, electrochemical cells and batteries, among others.
Operation in the 4 VI quadrants with a maximum power of 100W in DC, with maximum ranges of 105V and 7A.
