KOLBI ELECTRÓNICA increases its range of programmable power supplies with the incorporation of the KIKUSUI brand, which provides programmable power supplies with AC output. In this way, it offers high-performance AC and DC programmable sources.
KIKUSUI has programmable AC sources with switched and linear technology. The PCR-M series of programmable AC sources and switching technology covers powers between 500 and 4000VA. They are characterized by their reduced sizes and weights with only 6Kg for a 500VA model. This series can generate both AC, DC and DC outputs with a superimposed AC signal and its frequencies can reach up to 500Hz. Source control can be local, by analog signals (optional) or by communication (RS-232 standard and both GPIB and USB optional). The benefits of the PCR-LE series linear sources cover powers from 500VA to 27KVA for single-phase sources and up to 81KVA for three-phase systems.
The benefits of the linear amplifier of these sources allow to generate frequencies of up to 999,9Hz. You can select the type of response of the source to protect the equipment to be tested that may be sensitive to high InRush currents and also get waves with very low distortions of just 0,2%. Likewise, it is capable of responding to demands of up to 4xIrms in high current peaks with an excellent dynamic response of only 20μsec. KIKUSUI sources have a wide field of application, since they can be used both to simulate an electrical network with very low distortion and for a network with disturbances, be they harmonics, voltage dips, micro-cuts...
