Switch for access systems

PREMO, a company represented in Spain and Portugal by Anatronic, a limited company, announces the availability of its PB-Sx series of switches for access systems (Pushbutton Switches) with an electrical, mechanical and waterproof design that is especially suitable for security systems. access to automobiles and other applications in unfavorable environments.

Many of the vehicles manufactured today feature a keyless entry systems (KES) switch where LF antennas, push button switches and LEDs are used and attached to the door handles.

The PB-Sx series has been developed using the PREMO patents EP3726552A1 (European) and WO2020212406A1 (international) in order to offer a completely sealed component against the ingress of water and pressurized water (IP6k9). It is also resistant to extreme functional conditions (20k pulses underwater) and has a reliability of >10E5 with a nominal pressure force of twelve ± 3N.

In addition to this, a unique interior design prevents any possibility of breakage in random assembly operations, where external shear forces can be applied to the handles or even suffer impacts and friction when passing through narrow places.
Composed of the PB-S1, PB-S2 and PB-S3 models, this new range of Pushbutton Switches can be configured in terms of cable length, terminals (depending on the end connector) and series resistance.

Anatronic's fast mold-making technology makes it easy to customize the shape and dimensions of the button to suit the needs of current and future handle designs. In addition to this, plastic injection processes, combined with 3D printing equipment and rapid prototyping, allow samples to be provided in a short period of time.

Switch Formats

Tough top push button switches, ideal for exposed outdoor areas; switches made with rubber components for interiors or “hidden” handles; switches with nickel-plated buttons for outdoor installations with a visual appearance similar to metallic paint (on request); and also switches with patented mechanical protection, which helps increase robustness and mechanical performance in a tactile design.
