The new family of RCOB drivers for LEDs from RECOM has been particularly adapted for the requirements of COB-LEDs (Chip on Board). The product range covers 11 different controllers with output voltages between 25 and 44 V DC and constant output currents from 350 mA up to 1050 mA. Thanks to the particularly fine stepping, there is a suitable controller for almost every application.
The surprisingly economical RCOB series is equipped with active PFC (> 0,95) and achieves a high degree of efficiency of up to 90%. With their compact and flat construction of 106 x 67 x 22 mm, the controllers can be easily integrated into a wide variety of lighting systems. Assembly is significantly facilitated by the fact that the inlets and outlets are on the same side. The controllers can be dimmed from 0% to 100% via a 1-10V input available on the RCOB-A version.
With an input voltage of 230 V AC (198 to 264 V AC), the family of controllers has been designed for the European market. The permitted service temperature ranges from -20°C to +50°C. Extensive protection measures against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature ensure a high degree of reliability. The warranty period is 3 years.
