Continuous growth
OMEGA® continues to grow and today has installations all over the world. Corporate offices are in Stamford, Connecticut with the main production headquarters located in Bridgeport, New Jersey. OMEGA® also has a headquarters in Canada, in addition to its UK subsidiary, OMEGA Engineering Ltd. The Group also includes Newport Electronics (based in the US, Germany and the Czech Republic), OMEGADYNE (located near Columbus, Ohio). Over the past 40 years OMEGA ® has evolved from humble beginnings to become the international leader in the field of process measurement and control, offering more than 100.000 items.

A lengthy selection process for European locations was followed. Many factors influenced OMEGA's decision to locate its headquarters in Manchester, including easy and direct access to the national motorway network, proximity to Manchester Airport and the availability of an excellent workforce. Manchester is an ideal location to supply the whole of Europe.
OMEGA Engineering Ltd is a growing company with facilities built at the River Bend Technology Center. In fact, the facilities extend to more than 10.000 m2 for manufacturing, sales and distribution on a 12-hectare plot. OMEGA® is clearly committed to providing excellent service to customers in Europe and elsewhere in the world.

 Our commitment to maintaining the latest technology through manufacturing research and development keeps OMEGA firmly at the forefront of technology. OMEGA's Engineering and Development Center (ODEC), located on the Connecticut campus, is home to OMEGA's design and engineering laboratories. All product designs are tested and perfected here before being released to the market. State-of-the-art state-of-the-art includes OMEGA's metrology laboratories and other quality control facilities 
The tests carried out here ensure that you receive the best products for your applications. Once OMEGA's product design has been refined and tested, production takes place at our Bridgeport, New Jersey, manufacturing facility. Located just 22 miles from Philadelphia, this headquarters includes OMEGA's state-of-the-art OMEGACLAD®, thermocouple wire production along with an array of computerized CNC milling machines, CNC grinding machines, injection molding equipment, screw machines, twisters, drills, extruders, punching machines and much, much more…

European CE Compliance Directive
 OMEGA ENGINEERING OMEGA ENGINEERING focuses on ensuring compliance with the various European directives (including 2002/95/CE and 2002/96/CE) on RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), covering Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs), Polybrominated Ethers (PBDE), mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and lead. In our effort to comply, OMEGA is reviewing its extensive product lines of temperature, pressure, flow, pH, heaters, and data acquisition products.
