Radio Frequency Identification RFID. Generation of a test signal.
Lennart Tolleson, Electronic Setup
Radio Frequency Identification or RFID is an automatic identification method based on collecting data from devices and transmitting it directly to a computer system for processing using radio waves and without human participation. An RFID identifier is an object that can be incorporated or applied to a product, animal or person with the purpose of carrying out its identification and monitoring on a more or less continuous basis. These identifiers are read using radio waves. Some of them can be captured from a short distance and others from several meters and out of the reader's line of sight.
